About the Director

     Ms. Jennifer Meregini has been in music and the arts for her entire life. Having a background as a student in both instrumental and choral music including musical theatre, opera, show choir and vocal jazz, she brings new ideas that sparks interest in kids to be amazing and well-rounded musicians and lovers of the craft. Ms. Meregini completed her Bachelor's of Music Education on the illustrious campus of Grambling State University an Historic Black College and University in Grambling, LA. She completed her Master of Arts in Education with a concentration of Teaching and Learning at Brandman University in Irvine, CA. Along with being a festival host for Southern California Vocal Association, she participates various projects including being featured worldwide premiere of sing along of "Rent" in 2018 and the "Beyonce" Mass that premiered in Southern California in 2019. She wears the Raven pride on her chest in everything that she does, and it shows in the work displayed by her students for that last three years. One of her favorite activities that she enjoys is being musical director for the Spring musicals.  Her motto is "We can only grow from here so let's reach the stars."
